1.The Company adheres to integrity in business practices and fair trade, and prohibits any improper gains or misconduct, including inappropriate donations or sponsorships, procurement involving conflict minerals, and the use of sweatshop labor.

2.The Company opposes all forms of corruption, including bribery and acceptance of bribes.

3.The Company respects intellectual property rights and prohibits the use of pirated software or hardware.

4.The Company protects whistleblowers and their privacy.

5.All employees, regardless of position, gender, age, employment type (full-time or contract), are required to comply with the above principles.

6.Reporting and complaint channels are currently managed by the Human Resources Department.
