DCRS BestLink Server is a hardware unit that houses Multisuns DCRS Software Modules. These modules include: OAPI for CTI, PBX and database integration and the DCRS DB Center for database management.

Multiple DCRS unit can connect to the BestLink by a LAN/WAN or Internet connection. This allows an organization to store, archive and search data and recordings using MDB or even an SQL server.
