Multisuns Corporation has just closed another multi-site deal with a prominent Japanese consumer finance company. The new project will empower the latest developed hardware and software solutions for the Multisuns Digital Communication Recording System (DCRS) products. The 200+ system rollout will consist of the popular DCRS-8000 running with Multisuns BestLink Database Server thru the company's wide area network (WAN).

The DCRS-8000s will be installed in over 200 satellite offices throughout Japan. The DCRS's will record and capture incoming and outgoing voice calls. These calls will be stored locally on the DCRS for retrieval and playback. The company's WAN will be used to connect all the units to a centralized BestLink server. This BestLink server will capture data in real-time from all the DCRS units. At anytime the local administrator in the office headquarters will have access to the archived information.

The headquarters administrator will have full functioning use of the database from their local PC in an easy to read GUI interface. Multisuns will provide all necessary software to provide a dynamic interface with administration functions. The access to each DCRS will be in real-time and will provide full operational status information. This includes any error message or channel issue with the 200+ DCRS units in the field. A secure and user-friendly GUI on a local PC will provide headquarters with a piece of mind that everything is in proper order.
