Multisuns Corp, a leading developer and manufacturer of voice logging solutions and VoIP communication equipment, today announced the release of REC HUB, a sound enhancer for call recorders. REC HUB enhances signal input to a voice logger to provide clear quality sound to each recording.

A voice logger must record both sides of a telephone conversation and must record the relatively large signal from the local user and the much smaller signal from the remote user at comparable loudness. AGC in the voice recorder will equalize the sound volume, but when signals are too weak the far-end recording may not be heard at all.

The REC HUB will deliver clear audio to your voice logger. The REC HUB is easy to use and install – no batteries or external power needed. Just connect the REC HUB to the phone lines before they go to the recorder. The lines will be monitored and low amplitude signals will be enhanced so that every call recording can be heard clearly.
